Truvo (former Promedia) is a crossmedia advertising company known as the publisher of the yellowpages and the yellowpages.be website. The past years Truvo has undergone a significant transformation from a company focused on print products to a crossmedia advertising company with a mission to be the first choice in local search & advertising. This new strategy has resulted in significant changes in many key Truvo processes and offerings. In order to support and monitor this transformation, Business Intelligence at Truvo had to adapt. This presentation will illustrate how the Business intelligence function at Truvo transformed from a rather static to a dynamic, flexible environment supporting completely new demands. |
