| Abstract | In this presentation you will learn and see in a live demo how the different management levels within EoZen take decisions based on structured information. Since years EoZen is making use of SAP applications mainly for Finance, Controlling, Resource Related Billing and 'light' HR. EoZen is also making use of CRM for opportunity and activity management. All these functionalities are used within our administration and our employees have access to certain functions making use of our Internal Portal. On top of all this an extensive Business Intelligence layer ensures that data is transformed into information by means of about 50 management reports. Lately we have decided to build - on top of this - management dashboards that should enable management - at a glance - to know how the company is performing. Six separate dashboards on 'Performance', 'Profitability', 'Customers', 'Solvability', 'People' and 'Forecast' are the management instruments that we use on a daily basis. We have chosen the new SAP BusinessObjects tools as the framework to build these dashboards on top of our existing Business Intelligence environment. This presentation will be a live walk through all of these dashboards and show how we can dig into the information in case we need the details. Kris Deroo, as CEO of the company, will personally demonstrate how his life was made easier thanks to the development of the Performance Dashboards. |

Biography Kris Deroo Kris Deroo graduated as Master in Economics, Business Mathematics and Information Technology. He started his career as Business Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand where he learned the job of business and process analyst. After three years he joined SAP Belgium as Business Workflow expert where he was both involved in Consulting and Sales. In 1998, he was co-founder of EoZen. EoZen is a state-of-the-art, innovative and expertise oriented SAP Service partner active in 5 countries. In 2007, EoZen joined SQLI, a French system integrator. EoZen remains the brand name for all SAP activities and counts today 250 employees. Today, Kris is Corporate CEO of EoZen. |
